Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller, scope and products

Products are sold by Lama's Nails – Lily-Rose CHEVROT, 40 Rue Georges Bizot, 44000 Nantes, France — contact@lamasnails.com. These terms govern consumer sales on lamasnails.com; the applicable terms are those accepted when the order is placed.

Essential product characteristics are displayed before ordering. Photographs and colours aim to reproduce products faithfully; minor handcrafted or screen-display variations are not defects where essential characteristics are preserved. Custom creations may include size, colours, patterns, shape, length and decorations; customers are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and information supplied.

2. Availability, prices and orders

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order, the customer is informed and may receive a refund or accept an alternative; no different product is imposed. Prices are in euros and the price, applicable charges and total are shown before confirmation. Prices may change without affecting accepted orders.

Before final confirmation, customers can check the order summary and correct errors. Confirmation creates an obligation to pay and an electronic confirmation is sent. An order may be refused or cancelled for suspected fraud, refused payment, clearly incorrect information or a previous payment dispute.

3. Payment, preparation and delivery

Payment is made using methods offered at checkout and is due immediately unless stated otherwise. Preparation may be paused until payment is confirmed. Preparation times, separate from carrier transit, and delivery methods, prices and restrictions are communicated before sale. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address. Lama's Nails remains responsible for delivery as required by law.

Where Lama's Nails proposes the carrier, risk transfers when the customer or their nominee takes physical possession. Customers are invited to check the parcel and products; this does not limit legal rights.

4. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

For products legally eligible, consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, by email at contact@lamasnails.com or by post to the seller’s address. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded; this is disclosed before ordering and does not limit legal guarantees.

Where withdrawal applies, the product must be returned within 14 days after notice in a condition suitable for resale. Unless stated otherwise, direct return costs are borne by the customer. Due sums are refunded within 14 days of notice; Lama's Nails may wait until receiving the product or proof of dispatch. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

5. Guarantees, care and complaints

Consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity and warranty against hidden defects. They may request repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or termination. Customers must follow fitting, use, care and removal instructions. Lama's Nails is not responsible for damage solely caused by abnormal use, failure to follow instructions, incorrect fitting or removal, modification or unsuitable storage, without limiting legal guarantees.

For questions or complaints, contact contact@lamasnails.com, preferably with the order number. Parties are invited to seek an amicable solution; consumers may then use free consumer mediation and retain their right to bring proceedings before competent courts.

6. Data, intellectual property and applicable law

Order data is handled under the Privacy policy. Designs, models, photographs, texts, illustrations and creations are protected; purchase grants no reproduction, commercial-use or distribution rights. Lama's Nails is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by force majeure. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving overseas consumers of mandatory protections.
